Size Matters

Compare the handle’s usable grip length and diameter with a rope you already like. A longer grip does not guarantee fewer slips or easier double-unders.

The manufacturer lists a total weight of 3.63 oz with the cable. This is the whole-rope specification, not the weight of the handles alone.

Why the XXL name does not settle handle length

Momentum’s XXL manufacturer page uses “154mm” in its title and 6 inches in its main handle specifications, but its additional dimensions field says 4.5 by 0.5 inches. Those fields do not agree. Do not silently substitute the shorter figure or assume the title supplies an exact drawing. Ask the seller for the actual handle’s end-to-end and usable grip measurements, model/version and a photo before ordering.

The manufacturer lists 3.63 oz total weight including cable. It cannot establish the handle-only weight or resolve a length conflict. Cable length is sized separately from handle length; athlete height alone does not select a handle design.
