Movement balance
Full-body sessions rotate squatting, pushing, pulling, hinging, trunk work and conditioning instead of repeating one pattern.
Free no-equipment training tool
Build a home workout around your time, available equipment, training level, goal and focus.
Your session
Repeat this weekly layout for four weeks. The generated days are a starting structure, not individualized coaching; reduce volume when soreness or technique changes persist.
General training information only. Stop if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, chest pressure or loss of control. Use qualified guidance when injury or health conditions affect exercise.
Random exercise lists often overload one joint or ignore pulling, lower-body and trunk work. This tool filters movements by level and equipment, then assembles repeatable patterns around the selected focus.
Full-body sessions rotate squatting, pushing, pulling, hinging, trunk work and conditioning instead of repeating one pattern.
Low-impact mode removes jumping. Equipment choices only unlock movements that fit the selected setup.
Repeat a session and improve clean reps, control or consistency before asking the generator for a harder variation.
| Pattern | Start | Build | Advance |
|---|---|---|---|
| Push | Incline push-up | Floor push-up | Pike or hand-release push-up |
| Pull | Prone W raise | Scapular pull-up or band row | Strict pull-up |
| Squat | Controlled air squat | Reverse lunge or split squat | Jump squat or harder single-leg work |
| Core | Dead bug | Plank or side plank | Hollow hold with longer leverage |
Choose a variation you can control through the full set. Elevate push-ups, shorten holds, reduce range or remove impact when form changes. A generated workout cannot account for injury history, pregnancy, cardiovascular risk, joint instability or other individual medical factors.
