Build today's workout

Choose the constraints that matter. The generator uses a curated exercise library rather than unrestricted random combinations.

Your session

Today's bodyweight workout

Rep targets are ceilings, not speed targets. Stop at the target or the work-window limit, whichever comes first; rest for any unused work time. For each-side movements, split the work window equally. Extend recovery or warm-up when needed; that increases the total time.

Main circuit

    Finish and progress

General training information only. Stop if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, chest pressure or loss of control. Use qualified guidance when injury or health conditions affect exercise.

A useful generator should program, not just randomize

Random exercise lists often overload one joint or ignore pulling, lower-body and trunk work. This tool filters movements by level and equipment, then assembles repeatable patterns around the selected focus.

    Movement balance

Full-body sessions include six stations across squatting, pushing, pulling or shoulder preparation, hinging, trunk work and conditioning. Strength sessions use a second controlled strength station in place of conditioning.

    Constraint matching

Equipment, implement count, support, rack, level and impact choices filter the exercise library. A floor-based alternative is used when a supported or loaded option does not fit.

    Progression before novelty

Repeat a session and improve clean reps, control or consistency before asking the generator for a harder variation.

    Scaling and safety

Choose a variation you can control through the full set. Elevate push-ups, shorten holds, reduce range or remove impact when form changes. A generated workout cannot account for injury history, pregnancy, cardiovascular risk, joint instability or other individual medical factors.
