About a year ago, Alan Stengel peaked at 320lbs.  Lethargy, difficulty completing simple tasks, and random pains and anxiety constantly drained his energy.

Feeling trapped in his own body, Alan finally decided to make a change.  Reuniting with some friends at an engagement party, he learned about CrossFit from a friend.  With a little convincing, Alan did his first partner WOD and was immediately hooked.
