RokFit knee sleeves: historical 5mm pair reference
This page preserves the older black RokFit sleeves with grey/blue logo prints. WOD Fever no longer sells or ships them. The original listing described a pair of 5mm neoprene sleeves; confirm the actual model and package quantity with any outside merchant before buying.
Original specifications and care
- Listed material: 100%neoprene.
- Listed thickness: 5mm.
- Historical quantity: two sleeves, rather than one.
- Original care instructions: hand wash cold and hang dry. Follow the label on your exact garment if it differs.
These sleeves were described as a close-fitting layer for warmth and compression during training. Comfort and skin tolerance vary. Sleeve use does not guarantee injury protection or establish that a lift is safe.
Historical chart and measurement point
The old instructions measure leg circumference one inch below the kneecap with the leg slightly bent. That location is part of this chart; do not transfer numbers from a brand that measures at the center of the kneecap or elsewhere.
Older snug-fit chart: circumference in inches

The chart describes approximate snug fit and shares boundaries at 14, 15 and 16 inches. It does not supply a rule for choosing between two labels at those boundaries or for measurements outside the listed range. Ask the seller which chart and boundary advice applies to the actual sleeve version.
Compare another sleeve without copying its size label
Use our exact-model knee-sleeve measurement checklist and 5mm versus 7mm buying guide. Compare the selected model’s chart, material, thickness and quantity. A single sleeve priced below a pair is a different package comparison, and matching 5mm thickness does not prove matching fit.
