Assassins Knee Sleeves

Which Assassins size chart should you use?
Use the chart supplied for the exact knee-sleeve model, seller and region. The older inch chart retained below and RockTape Australia’s published chart do not assign every knee measurement to the same letter size. Converting inches to centimetres does not resolve a difference between two charts.
Example, not a fit recommendation: a 35cm knee is about 13.8 inches. It falls in Large on the old inch chart but Medium on the Australian chart. Confirm the correct chart with your seller rather than treating these as interchangeable instructions.

Measure the circumference of your knee around the center of your patella. These can start very snug and can take a few sessions before you fully break them in.
XS: 10.5" and below
SM: 10.5 - 12.5"
MD: 12.5 - 13.5"
LG: 13.5 - 14.5"

Please note: These can run a bit small, please order a size up if you are near the top end of a range.
5mm or 7mm: compare the version before the price
Mixed training: compare the thinner 5mm version with the thicker 7mm version using the movements you intend to do, including a full squat and repeated lunges. Do not assume the thicker sleeve is more comfortable for every session.
Primarily lifting: if you prefer the feel of a thicker sleeve, identify the exact 7mm version and check your range of motion and sizing before committing.
