We’ve taken a standard 5cm (2”) x 5m (16’) roll of RockTape and pre-cut 32 150mm strips that easily tear off for quick use. That means less time taping, and more time lifting!
What is Hook Grip?
Hook grip is a method of shifting your thumb from a traditional overhand grip to better utilize biomechanics and transfer more power into your body movements.
It's as simple as gripping with your thumb wrapped begin the barbell and remaining fingers.
