Ingredients
1 medium head broccoli
2 eggs
1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450°F
2. Line a backing sheet with parchment paper (you can also just use olive oil or coconut oil cooking spray)
3. Cut broccoli into small pieces - you can include the stalks. Pulse in a food processor until the broccoli is in tiny bits.
4. Mix the broccoli in a large mixing both with all ingredients.
5. Spread mixture out evenly on parchment paper. Keep it thin if you prefer crispier chips.
6. Bake for 20 minutes until slightly golden and firm to touch.
7. Turn off oven and wait for the tray to cool until you can flip the baked mixture over.
8. Place back in oven for another 10-20 minutes. If you'd like the chips crispier, turn the oven back on for 5 minutes.
9. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
